If you have an investment at GBS we offer investment loans using your investment as security, with the exception of fixed period shares.

What do I need to qualify?
• The loan is granted depending on the clients’ profile. Speak to a consultant to see if you qualify

What are the benefits?
• Receive a loan of up to 90% of your investment
• Repayment terms of up to 10 years
• Rates charged are based on the certificate rate plus 3%, or prime lending rate plus 1%, whichever is greater
